If you found this site, you have most likely been SCAMMED RIPPED OFF OR SCREWED by a Wheel and Tire so called
company out of Lowrider Magazine.
Recently, we were scammed by:

aka Wheels Evolution (916) 289-6656 (cell phone)
other known companies
Tires 4 Less
California Tires
we can no longer get an answer on these numbers from anywhere when we call from our area code here in Iowa.
You probably already know how their routine works!
You order wheels/tires and if you pay via WESTERN UNION you are screwed. They will say they will call you back
with a tracking number and they dont. When you call them they give you the run around or even hang up on you. Then they dont
asnwer your calls at all.
If you pay via credit card they still give you the run around, and weeks later, they might send you some
wheels, which WILL NOT be the ones you ordered, they may even send them COD to get more money from you and then you want to
send them back and they will charge you up to a 30% restocking fee.
If you have been scammed please let us know the company that ripped you off. We will
list it.
Biggest Question - WHY DOES LOWRIDER continue to let these people advertise in the
magazine?
Educated Guess Answer: They are apart of the scam and support low life scam artists.
